Raptor/Aptor Projects

We aquired our APTOR group in Dec. 04` from Ron Tremper. Early in 2005 they proved themselves to be "Het" for the Eclipse gene currently seen on the world famous RAPTOR-morph! That was the year we also started our "Ruby Eyed Red Stripe"(Albino) Project! What we did was breed our Giant Aptor to our best Red Stripe. Below is our male APTOR X Red Stripe and his mate our Snake Eyed Raptor!

In 2006 we bred the Red Stripe/Aptor crosses back to a Ruby Eyed Jungle Albino, and Snake Eyed Raptor, giving us 100% "het" Eclipse geckos of pretty much all patterns, but the Reverse Stripes and Patternless Stripe types seem to be produced more often. There was also alot of Red Stripe influence in that years offspring!

Currently it is our goal to combine the Red Stripe and Raptor traits to produce morphs with both solid, and "snake eyes" , in Albino(Ruby Eyed) and Eclipse form.

This should include but is not limited to:

-Ruby Eyed Red Stripe(Albino)

-Red Stripe Eclipse(Het Albino)

-Ruby Eyed Patternless Red Stripe

-Patternless Red Stripe Eclipse

Note: Mr.Tremper claims to have inbred for many years, and new blood is very important. We have taken the time to improve our stock, and would like to stress the fact that many breeders just simply buy two animals related or not, and go about breeding. This is not how we like to do things, and have plans to keep this bloodline very fresh using the "Patternless Red Stripe" project! We will simply breed back to those each season, because they are not directly related to the R/Aptor-line.

Red Stripe/Patternless Stripe Projects

We aquired our Red Stripes from Hot Geckos and JMG Reptiles in 2004, we were actually looking to make BOLD and Hypo line RS. Early on, we decided to put our focus on our Red Stripe Albino, and Ruby Eyed Red Stripe Albino projects instead.

In 2005 we bred a Red Stripe to a Reverse Stripe Albino, about 25% of the offspring were what are now called Patternless Stripes/Patternless Red Stripes!

2006 was when the the resemblance of a PRS to an Aptor started to make sense. We bred our Patternless Red Stripes to our Giant Aptor, and a large number of "Patternless" types were produced! It has even been found that when you breed a Patternless Stripe to a Raptor, you will get some Aptors/Raptors! Thus proving the two lines almost identical.

It is our goal to produce:

-Red Stripe Tremper Albino

-Patternless Red Stripe

-Patternless Red Stripe Albino

Mack Snow/Super Snow Projects

         Bold Jungle Mack Snow
Hypo Snow
In early 2005 we began working with the Mack Snows, and were one of the first to try the many crosses that are possible. We produced one of the first Super Hypo Mack Snows, one of the first BOLD Jungle Mack Snows, and one of the first Jungle Mack Snow Tremper Albinos.

In 2006 we bred our Mack Snow Albino to a Reverse Stripe Albino, and a few Giant Striped Albinos. We nowMack Super Snow have het Reverse Stripe and Stripe MSA`s to breed together, and expect to see some nice pattern variations, along with a Patternless Striped Mack Snow Albino!

Stripe Super Snow
It is our goal to produce:

-Mack Snow Tremper Albino

-Super Snow Tremper Albino

Enigma Projects

                                   Bell Enigma
2007 also brought us a Bell Albino(a.k.a. Red Eyed) Enigma, and are very happy to be working with this line. The pictures we have seen really do this morph no justice. It really is strange, but wonderful to see an Albino with "normal" black spots! Amazing... just imagine all of the possibilities!
